Mrs Potts Chocolate House – the sweet brainchild of Amelia Potts – inspired by fond memories of growing up in Australia, inviting cafes, lively family gatherings, and Mrs Potts’ magic touch with chocolate treats, we aimed to recreate this warm and unique experience in the UK.
With the whole family joining in 2016, we brought this dream to life, opening our first store in Bristol in 2017. Now, from one store, we’ve grown into a family of three stores with over 60 staff members, delighting folks with our chocolatey treats.
At Mrs Potts, it’s like stepping into a welcoming family kitchen. We take pride of making everything possible ourselves from scratch using the best quality fresh and locally sourced ingredients. From the chocolate we flake through to the cake we bake. Beyond just a café, we offer a place to relax and enjoy, host fun events like pudding clubs and chocolate workshops, and most importantly, share a piece of home, one chocolatey bite at a time.

We offer an intensive 2-week training program for all new partners, conducted at one of our UK locations. For this, you would need to arrange for your team’s visit. This thorough training program encompasses all aspects of operations, aided by our experienced Operations team. To supplement your training, we also provide access to comprehensive training and operations systems to set your team for success.
From first point of contact through to store opening, it can be as little as 6 months.
While it’s not a must, we’ve found that businesses often thrive when owners are involved full-time, particularly in the first year. Drawing from our experience, we strongly recommend committing to this, as it often paves the way for greater success.
