Yes we do. Please ensure that you inform our staff of any allergy/dietary requirements before you order.
We have a range of  products that are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free. We also have a range of non-dairy milk including oat and coconut milk.
All products are vegetarian, other than our marshmallows which contain gelatine.
While care is taken, we cannot guarantee that any product is free of any allergen as all our food is made fresh in our one kitchen.

The Bristol store is wheelchair accessible with all seating on one level accessed via a small ramp at the front door. 

All dining spaces in our Bath store have stairs. Our front of house area for ordering takeaway food is wheelchair accessible. Due to the constraints of our heritage listed buildings, we apologise that our Bath store does not have accessible toilets.

Our Cardiff store is wheelchair accessible with all seating on one level. We apologise that are Cardiff store does not have accessible toilets.

Our organic fair trade coffee beans are sourced from Colombia by Extract Coffee.

We also have a range of teas including English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Peppermint and Green Tea.

We do not offer a student discount. However, if you catch us at Bath, Cardiff or Bristol Freshers’ Fair we may have seasonal student offers!

Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome in all Mrs. Potts stores.
